An opportunity has arisen for a russian speaking M&A lawyer to join the Corporate Department of the private equity firm.
Our client are widely recognised as market leaders bringing to the table extensive experience across a wide range of private equity transactions. They have advised many of the largest and most successful private equity fund managers in Russia and CIS region.
They are seeking a talented Senior Associate with hands-on M&A experience and exposure to private equity transactions able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rule and Corporate Governance matters and mergers and acquisition transactions generally. Ideally your experience to date will ideally have covered capital raisings and equity arrangements and management/leveraged buy-outs.
