ALL OPTIONS is a privately-held company providing liquidity for several major financial markets and operates in trading units for market making and algorithmic trading in Amsterdam, Switzerland, Curacao and now, Hong Kong. Due to exceptional success and ongoing expansion, we are looking to further grow our dynamic IT department, where you will be working with experienced and talented colleagues and operating with cutting edge technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To gather requirements and create Functional Specification documents

• Create and document Functional & Technical Design

• Develop and test (real-time) web based and client-server applications

• Deploy the systems to our production environment and perform maintenance where needed

• To be proactively involved in various projects eg. building new portal, trading platforms etc

REQUIREMENTS:
• Masters or Bachelors degree

• 0-3 years of relevant experience – comprehensive training will be provided

• Good knowledge of relational databases - SQL Server 2005 and/or MySQL

• To be familiar with .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0 & 3.5; VB.NET and/or C#; ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS

• Knowledge of XML & XML Based Web services and Web Based client server development

• Familiar with Object Oriented modeling & design

• Knowledge of Visual Studio 2005/ 2008

• Financial industry background is beneficial but not a must

• Able to work equally effectively independently and as part of a team

• Excellent analytical skills
