The candidate will assist the SAM team in all aspects of account management which will include data mining, presentation and meeting preparation, follow-up on action points, contract information and liaison with other Markit business units.

Duties and Accountabilities
General support of the SAM and account management activities
Monitoring client relationship activity through Markit CRM and Finance systems
Preparation of client presentations, reports and business analytics
Follow up on action points identified through client meetings and calls
Constant interaction with sales and product teams to monitor activity and deliver on objectives
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Markit products and their application to the client base
The candidate will be required to establish productive working relationships with both internal and external parties.
Inter-action with the SAM client base to service the customers, provide support and enhance the relationships through a high level of customer satisfaction
Business Competencies
University Degree (MBA beneficial)
1 - 2 years experience. Experience in financial services and/or bank training program would be beneficial
High level of competency on Powerpoint, Excel & Word
